Eligibility & requirements
High school senior girls in the Duluth ISD 709 district who demonstrate financial need (family income less than $100,000), are in the top third of their class with an ACT score greater than 21, will not receive another large Duluth scholarship, and write a short essay on why it is important for a woman to pursue higher education.
