Must be pursuing an education to become certified in Ohio as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), enrolled in an Ohio Board of Regents-approved institution or accredited program in Ohio in first or second year, have a valid unencumbered RN nursing license in Ohio, and have documented financial need.
