Eligibility & requirements
The James A. and Joan E. Maguire Family Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships to local high school students graduating from Olean, Allegany-Limestone, or Belfast Central High School. Preference will be for a hard-working student who shows potential and perseverance, but are not necessarily among the top of their class. Special consideration will be given to students who have faced a learning challenge. Financial need is considered.
