Eligibility & requirements
J. David Vandivier/Dicksons Scholarship, administered through the Community Foundation of Jackson County. Per the Foundation's own scholarship-forms page, this fund's eligibility is described as 'All applicants (Excluding current Jackson County seniors)', with the application link itself labeled 'Students applying from outside Jackson County' — unlike most Foundation funds, this one does NOT prioritize Jackson County residents and excludes current Jackson County high-school seniors.
