Iraq and Afghanistan Service Grant

Student ineligible for Federal Pell Grant based on Student Aid Index but meeting other Pell criteria; parent or guardian was a member of the U.S. armed forces who died as a result of military service in Iraq or Afghanistan after 9/11; student was under 24 or enrolled part-time at the time of parent's/guardian's death.
