Given through The Stigler Community Development Foundation; applicant must have at least a 2.5 high school GPA and must be a handicapped student as defined by the scholarship (experiencing impairment of vision, hearing, or other sensory functions; limitation to physical movement due to birth defect, accident, injury, or illness; impairment of mental capacity; or a health condition seriously impeding participation in educational experiences).
