Eligibility & requirements
For Tillamook County high school graduates or GED completers ages 16-19 planning to enroll full-time (12+ credits) at TBCC in the fall; combines TBCC Foundation scholarships with the Oregon Promise Grant and requires completing FAFSA/ORSAA, applying for Oregon Promise by June 1, and attending the required College Connect summer program; selection based on GPA, financial need, and application.
