Eligibility & requirements
Open to children, grandchildren, stepchildren or adopted children of a Marine who died in the line of duty or of an active Department of West Virginia Marine Corps League or Auxiliary member, and to members in good standing or their spouses, with a 3.0 cumulative GPA; usable at universities, colleges, trade schools or approved specialty courses.
