Students at Bridgeport, Liberty, Lincoln, Notre Dame, Robert C. Byrd, or South Harrison High School whose family earnings do not exceed $40,000 (an additional $5,000/year allowed per extra dependent), with a 3.0+ GPA all four years and extra-curricular involvement; two scholarships awarded annually, up to $4,000/year (up to $16,000 over four years) each; applications are turned in to a school counselor and an interview is held in May.
