Anyone with an Illinois connection: family (spouse/parent/child/sibling/niece/nephew) of an Illinois fallen service member since 9/11, dependents of Illinois service members serving/served honorably, or individuals exemplifying the same selfless service; HS senior at application, diploma/GED holder, or enrolled.
