High school senior graduating on time who graduates from a Gateway district high school or resides in the Gateway district; U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident; meets family income requirements; must apply for admission to Gateway indicating Promise interest and submit the FAFSA (school code 005389) by the senior-year deadline; must enroll full-time the fall immediately after senior year in a financial-aid-eligible program.
