For a student age 18-23 not eligible for TN Promise or TN Reconnect, resident of Humphreys, Stewart, Benton, or Perry County, maintaining 2.0 GPA, enrolled in at least two courses (one in-person at the Humphreys County campus) fall and spring in succession; awarded contingent on funding, one NSCC scholarship per award year, priority application date May 1.
