Operated at 11 of the 13 UW System universities (all 13 have campus contacts) for youth with any out-of-home experience - foster care, homelessness, adoption, kinship care. FAFSA and US citizenship are NOT required to participate. The INSPIRED Scholars track serves ages 18-29 with financial aid and coaching.
