Foster Care Youth Scholarship Program

Applicant must be a Rhode Island resident, currently or formerly in Rhode Island foster care between ages 13–21 for 6+ months or left foster care at age 13+ for guardianship/adoption until age 26, have graduated high school or equivalent, maintain satisfactory academic progress, and demonstrate financial need.
