Applicants must be a graduating senior from Oak Harbor High School in Oak Harbor, Ohio; have earned a varsity letter in a sport for a minimum of two years; have a minimum GPA of 3.0 based upon a 4.0 scale; be accepted to a two-year, four-year college or university or technical school; have not earned an athletic scholarship or a scholarship that covers full tuition.
