CESA 5 Youth Apprentice Scholarship

Applications will be made available at each participating district. Applicant must have successfully completed Wisconsin’s Youth Apprenticeship Program through CESA 5’s Youth Apprenticeship Consortium in any program area(s). Applicant must be a graduate of a CESA 5 Youth Apprenticeship Consortium member district. Applicant must have letters of recommendations from: ○​ the student’s Youth Apprenticeship supervisor ○​ one instructor who has had the applicant in class, but was not the student’s Youth Apprenticeship supervisor ○​ the student’s Youth Apprenticeship work supervisor or employer Letters of recommendation should be on recommending organization’s letterhead. Applicant should enroll, or plan to enroll, in a postsecondary program related to his/her Youth Apprenticeship Program.
