Graduating senior of accredited public high school in Lincoln County, Missouri; minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA (or 3.5 weighted); minimum SAT 1310 or ACT 28; ranked in top 10% of graduating class; completed at least one Honors/AP course in each of four core areas earning B or better; completed at least two units of foreign language with B average or better; US citizen or documented legal resident.
