Carol Strip Whitney Scholarship

Graduating high school seniors with minimum 3.75 GPA (4.0 scale) or high school graduates with 3.0 college GPA, residents of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, or Ohio, must participate in extracurriculars, be considered gifted (parent ID letter or IQ 130+ from licensed psychologist), demonstrate high moral character, and attend or plan to attend a US educational institution.
