Tecumseh High School seniors apply via The Springfield Foundation's Common Scholarship Application. Eligibility (high school seniors): Clark County, Ohio resident or enrolled in a Clark County, Ohio high school; at least one completed grading period of senior year; plans to enroll full-time (12+ credit hours/semester) at an accredited post-secondary institution. Formally named the "Garth Q. Briggs Scholarship of the Tecumseh Education Foundation in Memory of Carl and Vernie Weinland"; per third-party listings, special consideration is given to applicants studying a technical or trade field.
