Eligibility & requirements

Competitive award for incoming high school seniors graduating spring 2027 from a high school in the Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Ulster, Warren, or Washington NY counties who apply Early Action to University at Albany by November 15 and submit the competitive award application by January 1; renewable up to three additional years while maintaining a 3.0 GPA and completing 12+ credits/semester.
