Eligibility & requirements
Missouri resident and U.S. citizen or permanent resident with an ACT/SAT composite in the top 5% of Missouri test takers (ACT 32+ for the top tier, 30-31 for the second tier; superscores accepted) achieved by the June test date after graduation, enrolling full time at a participating Missouri school the year after high school; no application, eligibility sent via ACT/SAT records; renewable with 2.5 GPA for up to 10 semesters.
