Brian Higgins Foundation Memorial Scholarship

Brian was a nine-year old special needs child that attended the SKIP program in the Kennedy Elementary School. He passed away on August 29, 2002. Brian was a very special child with a very special role in our family as the big brother. We were honored to have him in our lives. Brian showed us the world with a very different view. We met many wonderful people in the past years that helped us help B Preferred field/career path: Health Careers (nursing, pharmacy, medical assistant, doctor, dentist, dental hygienist, physical therapist, etc.) Education (teaching, special education, counseling, etc
