Eligibility & requirements
Must be attending or entering a community college, technical school, or two/four-year college/university; must live and have lived in the Blowing Rock School District the previous two years and have attended Watauga High School at least two years (exceptions for home/private school); minimum 3.0 HS GPA; awarded on merit and financial need via a common application.
