Applicant must be a Bolingbrook, Illinois resident; high school senior or adult continuing education; pursuing a degree in Human Services fields including teaching of the visually or hearing impaired, special education, mobility and orientation, vision therapy, hearing therapy, physical therapy, visual science, optometry, ophthalmology, nursing, or medicine with vision or hearing specialty; demonstration of commitment to helping others; financial need.
