Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited high school in Bibb, Houston, Crawford, Twiggs, Jones, Peach, or Monroe counties, Georgia; maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; and be enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year public or private institution in Georgia pursuing an undergraduate degree.
