Eligibility & requirements
In-district high school seniors in the top 10% of their graduating class at the end of seven semesters (or six semesters for early graduates) who attended a public high school or ISBE-recognized private high school within Illinois Community College District #503; must enroll full-time the fall semester immediately following high school graduation and maintain a 3.25 cumulative GPA.
