Eligibility & requirements

For Baltimore County, MD residents (U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen) who are high school graduates/GED recipients enrolling at CCBC in a degree or credit-certificate program; covers in-county tuition after other aid is applied, subject to a household income cap of $150,000 and maintaining a 2.3 CCBC GPA (workforce-certificate track has no income/GPA requirement).
