Applicants must be pursuing careers as first responders (police, firefighter, paramedic, emergency medical technician) or nursing, attend Northeast Ohio institutions in Lake, Cuyahoga, Lorain, Geauga, Ashtabula, Northern Summit, or Northern Portage counties, and intend to serve in Northeast Ohio post-completion.
