Eligibility & requirements

One (1) $250 scholarship. Planning to attend post high school educational institution in performing arts, including music (vocal or instrumental), dance, drama (musical theater included), or communications. Show active participation in the arts program at PHS, as well as community involvement. MUST include a statement of all performing arts organizations they have participated in for both school and extra-curricular activities, listing all performances from freshman through senior year.
