Eligibility & requirements
Public-speaking competition on the U.S. Constitution starting at the local post level and advancing through regional, state, and national rounds. Each state winner certified into the national first round receives $2,000; those advancing receive an additional $2,000; national finalists receive $25,000 (first), $22,500 (second), and $20,000 (third). Awards usable at an accredited trade school, college, or university and must be used within eight years.
