Samsung American Legion Scholarship: high school JUNIORS attending Badger Boys State or Badger Girls State who are direct descendants of wartime veterans. Eagle Scout of the Year: $10,000 with three $2,500 runners-up, nominated through state-level committees. Junior Shooting Sports: $5,000 to champions in Precision and Sporter categories, $1,000 for second place.
